Coaching for Introverts
Quick Summary
- WHAT: Individual coaching for introverts, via Zoom, with Peter Vogt, The Introvert Advocate.
- WHY: As an introvert, you should get to be who you are and live life your own way. And you can!
- HOW: You pay after your session, not before—so that the financial risk is shared, not yours alone.
Are you an
INTROVERT?
Are you struggling with it somehow?
(even if you can’t quite put your finger it, exactly?!)
Get personalized, one-on-one help—
from someone who truly gets you—
in a 60-minute Coaching for Introverts session.
We’ll share the financial risk—
because you’ll pay for your session
after it’s done, not before!
How to Sign Up—in 3 Easy Steps
- Click on the button below to book a 60-minute session with me via Zoom. No prepayment (i.e., no credit card) required.
- We’ll then have our session together via Zoom, on the day and time you select.
- I’ll email you an invoice for payment (due upon receipt) after our session is done.
Note: Yes, this is different than the way most coaching works. And no, I won’t be attempting to sell you a timeshare at the end of the session! It’s simply a way for us to share the risk of working together instead of having it fall entirely on you (and your credit card) ahead of time. Mutual respect. Mutual trust.
First Things First—Why I Do This
I’m an introvert myself, and I have been for 57 years now (and counting!).
I’ve also been researching and teaching about introverts and introversion for than 20 years.
If there’s one thing I know for sure about you, fellow introvert, it’s this:
You have to live your life each day
running uphill, against the wind,
with a 50-pound sack of bullshit on your back.
While the extroverts around you get to run downhill,
with the wind, carrying virtually nothing at all.
Grrrr!!!
This. Is. Wrong.
And harmful.
And patently unfair.
It’s an injustice, one that goes unquestioned in our extrovert-worshiping Western culture.
Righting this injustice drives everything I do—including these personalized, one-on-one Coaching for Introverts sessions that I offer.
Here’s my bottom line:
You should be able to just go ahead
and live life your own way.
Without having to constantly explain yourself, defend yourself,
justify yourself and your way of being.
You should get to be the introvert you are—just as
extroverts get to be the extroverts they are.
And you know what, fellow introvert?
You can.
You can do, and have, all of this. It’s possible!
And I know I can help.
The Problem—and the Solution
Your introversion influences your whole life: your relationships (especially your relationships!), your career, your health, your leisure … virtually anything you can think of.
Meantime, society is constantly pressuring you to be an extrovert.
So if you’re frustrated or discouraged or confused—or all of the above and more!—at times, I get it.
And you’re not alone.
Maybe you just need a little guidance and encouragement right now—tailored, one-on-one help from someone who’s in your introverted shoes.
Maybe you need an introvert coach. That is, a coach who is an introvert and a coach who knows introverts.
If so, I’m your guy.
Coaching for Introverts
Maybe you just want to feel better in your job.
Maybe you want your spouse to understand you better.
Maybe you want your kids to understand why you need space and time to breathe once in a while.
Or maybe it’s your boss/co-worker or your spouse or your kid who’s the introvert!—and you just want to understand them better.
A Coaching for Introverts session is just the ticket.
How Coaching for Introverts Works
Coaching for Introverts is refreshingly:
-
- Straightforward
- Under your control, and
- Introvert-centered
You’ll follow three simple steps to get the help you need:
-
- Schedule your 60-minute Coaching for Introverts session (which we’ll have via Zoom).
- During your session, we will talk for up to 60 minutes about your specific issue(s). I’ll have many tips and ideas for you right then and there. I’ll email you even more of them within 24 hours of our session ending—after I (in true introvert style!) have had more time to think about what we’ve discussed.
- You’ll then apply what we’ve discussed to your daily life, with the goal of seeing the positive changes you’ve been craving.
The Cost
The cost for your Coaching for Introverts session and follow-up email is $249 U.S., paid after our session. I’ll email you an invoice, with payment due upon receipt.
Questions Answered, Problems Solved

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Do you work with people outside the United States?
Yes! You can be located virtually anywhere—as long as you have a good Internet connection and Zoom.
Any chance I could meet with you on the weekend?
Yes! I know how hard it can be to do something like this on a weekday. So I’m available on Saturdays, too, albeit with relatively limited hours as compared to the weekdays.
Will I meet with you (i.e., Peter Vogt) personally, or will it be with someone from "your team"?
You’ll be meeting with me, personally. I am the team, and that’s by design. I do have three unpaid interns, but they’re all cats—so they wouldn’t be much help to you anyway.
Can I record our Zoom session?
Sure! I encourage it.
Do you offer discounts or a sliding-fee scale?
No, but I do have my pay-after-your-session-is-over (not before) approach. 🙂
What‘s the catch on paying for my session after it’s over vs. before?
I would ask this question too! But there is no catch. It’s just the way I do things. It’s my way of putting my money where my mouth is—instead of putting your money where my mouth is!
To me it’s nothing more than mutual respect and mutual trust.
I have a question that isn’t listed here. How can I get it answered?
Just email me at peter@introvertinsights.com.
